Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Center, Gurgaon

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms on the 11th floor were smaller than expected, and unfortunately, the jacuzzi was not working during my visit. However, the air conditioning and hot water availability were satisfactory. The staff, from the driver to the room service team, were very friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient for my family trip in Gurugram, close to our requirements and central. The dining experience at Zodiac was not up to par, feeling more like a 3-star hotel for me. The facilities were average, with Asian street food being the highlight.

Upon arrival, I found the rooms to be subpar - the AC wasn't working properly, there were no hand towels, and the room had a lingering smell as if it were a smoking room. On the positive side, the service was top-notch, with the staff accommodating my late check-out request and being attentive to my needs. The location was decent, with good nearby restaurants but could use some improvement. The dining experience left much to be desired, feeling more like a 3-star hotel, but the hotel facilities were satisfactory.
